Course textbooks are software-specific. The AutoCAD courses use the same textbook. The Revit MEP courses use the same textbook, etc. The textbooks are the Autodesk Official Training Courseware for specific software titles. Textbooks are required for all Autodesk and Adobe software courses. Textbooks are NOT required for Blueprint Reading or for SketchUp.
Textbooks can be purchased through VDCI at the time of course enrollment. The cost for the textbook includes the textbook, shipping and California state tax (as applicable). VDCI is not responsible for delays in shipping, and please know that we do not ship textbooks internationally.
Textbooks may also be purchased through any bookseller. Please see the Title and the ISBN below.
VDCI recommends that you purchase the version of the textbook provided in the following list. However, if you would like to purchase a previous version, that’s totally fine – just understand that the instructional materials reference the latest textbook, so you might need to do some searching for the specific topics within the index of the textbook which you purchase. Typically, there are not significant changes to the textbooks between sequential updates to the software
